ABOUT SCOTT
Bogden Design Studio, Inc. is a two person operation. Currently, it
is just me, Scott Lee Bogden, a state certified building contractor, License #CBC 058908,
and a building designer with the AIBD, and my girlfriend,
Peggy Lavallee, a nationally certified home inspector with NACHI.
I am now in the process of searching for a few experienced Architectural CADD Technicians
to help out with our work load. Until then, we work alone from our
home studio, designing your home, with our “Associates”, Mozart, Schultz, Thor, Birdie and Callie (Our
Pets). They are permanent fixtures in our Studio. We enjoy the
freedom of working from our Home and find it quite comfortable to
combine the Work and Home environments. This is our “Dream Job”,
being able to work from our home studio and still do what we love - design homes.
If you read my Design Process Link, you know that I would PREFER
to meet my Client’s AT THEIR LOCATION. I will come to your
location in my Company Truck or via the internet. Any Client
that would rather meet at my Home Studio will be welcome by

I limit the number of commissions Bogden Design Studio, Inc.
will accept per month.
My decision to accept your project is based on my current work
load, the scope of your project and the proposed site. This also
ensures I have adequate time dedicated to all of my projects.
This allows your project to get my full attention resulting in
the best possible design for each site and circumstance. I am
not a production line. I pick and choose my projects. I create

My personal preference in design style is a combination of
Mediterranean, Spanish
and Floridian. However, I am not restricted to my personal
preferences, style or signature. My designs will be a reflection
