Photos of your homesite plus the views around it. If E-mailing photos send .GIF
or .JPG formats.
A copy of your certified survey.

All we need is a
phone, fax, E-mail / internet connection and the postal service to work together
from my office and your location, no matter where in the world you and your
project are located.
The designer will supply all clients with a free software
program that can be downloaded off the internet. It will allow the client to
receive the designer's drawings by e-mail anywhere in the world. Client can then
open, print and view the designer’s drawings. Comments, changes or any additions
to the design may be noted by the client and e-mailed back to designer for
further modification. Phone calls may be substituted for e-mails. This process
will repeat until the construction documents are completed and approved by the
client.
