CUSTOM HOME DESIGN * ADDITION & REMODEL
DESIGN * STOCK PLANS * DRAFTING SERVICES * CONSTRUCTION
DESIGN FEES AND SERVICES
1.) Consultation at Clients Location - No Charge.
Meet with client at their location. Discuss proposed project.
Optional meetings by telephone or over the internet if client not located in
Florida.
2.) Design Concept - $ 500.00 per design.
Includes Floor Plan(s) concept.
Design Concept must be approved to move on to Preliminary Design Drawings.
3.) Preliminary Design Drawings - $ 1,200.00 per design.
Includes Floor Plan(s), Front Elevation, Rear Elevation, Left Elevation, Right
Elevation and Roof Plan Preliminary Drawings.
Preliminary Drawings must be approved to move on to Construction Documents.
4.) Construction Documents - Based on total S.F. under roof and number of
floors.
Includes Cover Sheet, Site Plan, Foundation Plan & Details, Floor Plan(s), Front
Elevation,
Rear Elevation, Left Elevation, Right Elevation, Roof Plan(s), Electrical Plan(s),
Cross Sections and Detail Sheet.

One Story Design - $ 1.00 per S.F. Under Roof.
Two Story Design - $ 1.25 per S.F. Under Roof.
Three Story Design - $ 1.50 per S.F. Under Roof.
Minimum Construction Document Fee - $ 2,500.00
50% down to begin and 50% due upon completion.
(Total Fee includes Concept, Preliminary and Construction Document totals
combined).
5.) Changes to Approved Design - $ 100.00 per hour plus plotting costs.
6.) Set of Reproducible Vellums - $ 200.00 per set.
(Required if building more than one (1) house per design.)
7.) Set of Blueprints - $ 60.00 per set.
(Note: 5 sets typically required.)
8.) CADD Files on CD - $ 1,000.00 per project.
Choose from .DWG, .DXF, .PDF, .JPG, .BMP, .SPD and .SPV formats.
(Required if building more than one (1) house per design.)
9.) Roof Truss and Floor Joist Engineering Coordination - $ 100.00 per project.
10.) Structural Engineering Coordination - $ 100.00 per project.
Does not include Engineers sign & seal, drawings, notes or fees.
11.) To purchase a stock or modified SLB Designer Series custom set of home plans:
Stock Plan - $ 1,000.00 plus plotting and blueprinting costs.
Modified Stock Plan - $ 2,500.00 plus plotting and blueprinting costs.
12.) Home Plan Certification (Engineering Sign & Seal) - Contact Bogden Design

13.) Postage and Long Distance Phone Calls - Cost plus 25% service fee.

16.) Site Visits - Periodic visits to your jobsite to verify construction is being done according to your custom plans - $ 500.00 per project.
