Bogden Design Studio Inc. is a full-service Residential Drafting, Design and Construction Firm. I, Scott Lee Bogden, am a design professional - a state certified building contractor, License # CBC 058908, and a professional building designer with the American Institute of Building Design - who specializes in quality custom home design, documentation and construction since 1980.

Bogden Design Studio offers conceptual design, preliminary design, construction documents, home plan certification and construction services to the home owner in need of a professionally designed and quality built custom home, addition or remodel.

Bogden Design Studio also partners with Custom Home Builders and their clients in need of new and innovative custom home designs and professional project documentation.

Production Single-Family Home Builders in need of new product line design or production drafting services partner with Bogden Design Studio. I also offer drafting services to make changes to existing masters in builders portfolios due to the homeowners choice of custom options or due to a lot specific condition.

Other Residential Designers and Architectural Firms in need of professional design consultation and documentation use Bogden Design Studio. This includes any outsourcing of design, production drafting, modifications to masters, redlines, paper to CADD conversions, home inspections and construction services.

All of the designs showcased on this website are available for purchase and can be customized to your personal preferences.
